How to care for the RAVELLE JEWEL KNIFE SET to make it durable & long lasting:
Not for cutting hard objects such as bones
Wash with a soft foam sponge & dry with a soft cloth
Sharpen the knife regularly before use. Here's how:
- Hold the handle of the knife and the knife sharpener on the steel (black) side, and pull the knife back 10-20 times.
- Then hold the knife handle and the ceramic part of the knife sharpener (white), and pull the knife in a direction backwards 10-20 times.
- Repeat points a & b if it feels less sharp
